Reports come with a 1-5 user license. Companies wishing to distribute reports to greater numbers of users internally – i.e. for instance post reports on their internal company web sites – are required to purchase an internal site license at a cost of $5,000 per report. Companies are never permitted to post reports on their external web sites or distribute by other means outside their organizations without explicit permission from The Radicati Group, Inc. Note that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
You can order by PO by sending us an email to admin@radicati.com and specifying which report(s) you would like to order. Please note we will not be able to fill the order until we receive the actual PO paperwork from your Purchasing department – this can be emailed to us at the above email address or fax at 650-322-8061. If you need an invoice from us or contract proposal before you can obtain a PO, please let us know we will be happy to provide that.
