The Radicati Group’s IT Survey Panel is a user panel made up of IT professionals, decision makers and users. The survey panel represents small, medium and large organizations across a range of industries on a worldwide basis. It provides a vendor-neutral forum for discussion of how existing and new technologies impact IT organizations, and the key issues IT organizations deal with on a day-to-day basis.

The Radicati Group leverages the IT Survey Panel to conduct in-depth survey projects on the use, viability and adoption rate of a broad range of messaging and collaboration technologies. Surveys can be tailored by industry, organization size, geography or any other research-specific filtering criteria. Both web-based and telephone-based are conducted depending on the topic and research timeline constraints.

The IT Survey Panel allows us to quickly and reliably conduct in-depth surveys ranging from customer satisfaction, to price testing, feature demand, user perception and technology awareness/penetration.

Membership to the IT Survey Panel is free and restricted only to representatives from corporate or government organizations. Vendors or service providers offering IT products or services are not part of the panel.

IT Survey Panel Requirements

By participating in our IT Survey Panel, you agree to answer a number of surveys that the Radicati Group compiles on a quarterly basis. Surveys may range in complexity from 5 minutes to 30 minutes in length. You also agree to answer informal questions from our analysts from time to time as they may wish to gauge your reactions to new technologies or trends.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your company’s name and your own participation in the Radicati IT Survey Panel will be kept strictly confidential. We will not release either your company name or your name to anyone outside our firm.
