A great deal has been written about Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) and the opportunities it provides network operators while also delivering benefits and cost savings to customers. To date, however, there is still little to show in terms of successful FMC offerings that have truly lived up to the expectations of both network providers and their customers.
